Find spot (context): Gebel Adda (Sudanese Nubia). Citadel H, Locus 333, room L (settlement). Field registration number: n.d. Museum textile number: #129. Found in the room fill.

Dating: Late Christian (14th-15th c. CE) or Ottoman period.

Present location: Royal Ontario Museum, Toronto (Canada). No inv. ROM 973.24.3500.

Dimensions (in cm): 5.5x12

Weave: Tabby.

Decoration: Block printed circular pattern in blue on cream (undyed) ground. Note by Louise Mackie from July 1988 informs that such a pattern composed of 3 balls was primarily used by Ottomans (late 15th century onwards).
