Nubian. Similar textiles found also at Qasr Ibrim and all are dated to Christian period (see for example EA 71887, EA 72287 - British Museum). As this textile was found in Locus 176, it may imply an earlier or at least a longer occupation of the structure than the sole Ottoman period.
