Weave: Lampas.

Decoration: Large band decorated with medallions ornated with floral motifs.

Warp (fibre, twist, color, proportion): - silk
- slightly Z spun
- ecru
- 36 paired warps/cm

Weft (fibre, twist, color, proportion): - cotton, leather strips
- Z spun
- yellow (undyed), dark blue, green for cotton threads, gilded leather strips
- 11 picks/cm (and 11 gilded leather strips/cm in patterned areas)

Other features: Simple selvedge - not reinforced (type C1).
